We'll be mixing aerials, flying trapeze, strength and conditioning with games, activities, and lots of A/C breaks.
Aerials will be all-inclusive - everything from silks and lyra to straps and flying pole.
Ground apparatus' will include trampoline, juggling, intro to conditioning, and partner acrobatics!
